Miles Avery, a four-time Olympic coach, is still loving coaching at the age of 64.

Meeting Coach Miles was actually a coincidence. I didn't expect that there would be such a coach in a quiet small town who would carefully teach children who want to learn gymnastics.

Osega Gym was created by four-time Olympic Coach Miles Avery.

As an experienced coach, Miles values his influence on children above all else. He believes in being a positive role model and providing a nurturing environment to help kids become the best athletes they can possibly be. Unlike some coaches who use harsh methods, Miles shows his young gymnasts respect, love, and encouragement.

Overcoming fear is a crucial aspect of gymnastics, and Miles helps his young gymnasts conquer their fears and achieve their goals.

Within Osega, Miles wants to create a place where children are cherished, and where they can create memories they long to revisit, saying, "Wow, that was the time of my life. I wish I could go back there."

Kristien Cuthbertson, an aspiring artist, is pursuing his dream of fashion design in Chapel Hill.

I gathered a stunning collection of photo stories to showcase his life, and this video sums it all up nicely. My hope is that this visual feast will inspire folks to see the world through an artist's eyes and discover beauty in unexpected places.

What is Love?

This an interview video asking two professors in the biology department at UNC Chapel Hill: What makes their decades-old love so strong?

Get ready for a heartwarming tale as we delve into the lives of two brilliant minds at the Bloom LabDr. Bloom and Dr. Yeh. Not only are they both professors but they've also been happily married for ages.

My mission? To capture their incredible journey and memories, inspiring others along the way. This is my first time doing an interview video and I'm beyond grateful for the support and kindness of these two professors.
